Ingredients
Rice nooldes (I used the stir fry ones, they are cut up and smaller)
1/4 cup of Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
4 cloves of minced garlic
2 Tablespoons of Rice Vinegar
3 Tablespoons of Pure Sesame Oil
4 Tablespoons of Canola Oil
4 whole Green Onions, Sliced Thin
4 eggs
Directions
1. Whisk all ingredients (except noodles and green onions) together in a bowl
2. Follow the instructions on the rice noodle box
3. Scramble eggs and cook
4. Pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat, then add eggs and toss again
5. Sprinkle with green onions and toss
