- Ingredients
1/4 cup of ground flax (Use a food processor to ground the flax seeds)
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/3 cup of sunbutter
1/2 tsp of pure vanilla
1 tsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of maple syrup or raw honey
1/2 cup mix of dried cranberries
Directions
1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well
2. Roll into balls and let chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes
3. Eat them within a week
