Ingredients
2 Tbsp of coconut oil
Chicken breasts, diced into 1 inch cubes
1 Large white onion, diced
1 Zucchini, diced into small chunks
3 Tbsp of coconut aminos
1 Tsp of sriracha sauce (You can use more)
1 Can of water chestnuts, diced
Directions
1. In a big pan, heat the oil
2. Add the chicken and cook until just browned
3. Add the onions cook until slightly browned
4. Add the zucchini cook until everything is nicely browned
5. Add the water chest nuts
