These were very good! It's a great way to sneak in vegetables. I would definitely make these again!
Ingredients
1 lb. of Ground turkey
1 Large zucchini, grated
1 Scallion, thinly chopped
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons of parsley
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Teaspoon of sea salt
½ Teaspoon of black pepper
½ Teaspoon of cayenne pepper
½ Teaspoon of ground cumin
Directions
1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and with dampened hands shape into burgers
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in large skillet over heat and cook burgers or grill them on an indoor or outdoor grill until golden brown, about 6 to 7 minutes per side
