Vegan Apple Pie Lactation Muffins

I have been a few different lactation recipes getting ready for baby. Anyone can eat these. The flax seed meal and brewers yeast are the "lactation" ingredients. You can omit the brewers yeast, but to make these, you still need the flax because it replaces the use for eggs. They are delicious!

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups of gluten-free all-purpose flour
1/2 Cup of gluten free oats
1/4 Cup of ground flax 
1 1/2 Tsp of baking powder
1/2 Tsp of baking soda
1/4 Tsp of salt
1 Tsp of cinnamon
1 Tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 Cup of raisins 
1/4 Cup of coconut oil (melted)
1/3 Cup of pure maple syrup
1 1/4 Cup of unsweetened applesauce
1 Tsp of vanilla

Brewers Yeast

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
2. Grease the muffin tin or use liners (I used liners)
3. In a medium bowl combine all the  dry ingredients and raisins
4. In a separate bowl mix all the wet ingredients until combined
5. Then add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix just until incorporated
6. Add the batter to each muffin tin and then sprinkle the brewers yeast on top
7. Bake for 15 minutes (It should make exactly 12 muffins.)
